Exciting Projects:
The Pretoria Friends take on projects on a regular basis. Project Clean Up, for example, involves clearing the Zoo of invader plants.
The Nursery Project assists the zoo's plant nursery with the potting and replanting of plants.

Other projects you could get involved in include marketing, promotional days and fund-raising, like the monthly Friends Fun Walk.

1. Herb Garden:Assisting with layout for the blind

2. Project Clean Up: Assisting in special projects with Zoo staff.

3. Catering: Assisting with catering projects for Friends' special days.

4. Marketing & Canvassing of new members.

5. Special days and promotions, eg Carols by candlelight.

6. Tours : Organising various tours for the Friends.

7. Friends Fun Walk: Helping with the organisation of this event.
